FootwarmerMatHeater.com.au is an online store operated by Amuheat Floor Heating Australia, an electric & hydronic floor heating manufacturer supplier to both trade and enthusiast DIY’ers across Australia.

Amuheat’s underfloor heating product range consists of electric and hydronic floor heating systems for installation under tile & stone, floating floors, timber and polished concrete. Other products include automation controls for floor heating systems and heating accessories including rug warmers, portable heated floor mats and bathroom mirror demisters.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment and clearance (for cheques).

Complimentary delivery is offered for all web orders and our nominated carrier for all mirror demister via this website is Australia Post. All deliveries are insured for loss or damage for your peace of mind. All items sent have a tracking number to easily locate the parcel at anytime within its journey.

Standard delivery within Metro areas is 2-3 days and up to 6-10 days for all other areas. Mirror demisters can also be collected from our Sydney or Melbourne sales office.

Terms and Conditions

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Amuheat Pty Limited. Amuheat Pty Limited or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Amuheat Pty Limited to be authorised to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

Amuheat Pty Limited will replace any defective product if returned within 10 days from receiving the product. Refund on product purchases will be at our discretion and a restocking charge (minimum 20%) may apply. In most instances, refunds will only be considered on product being returned in it’s original condition within 10 days from receiving the product.

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars, include GST and are subject to change without notice. We are a Tax Registered Business (ABN 86 133 998 900) and will provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. All goods purchased from us will include tax. You will receive a Tax Invoice from us with your delivery.

At this stage we only accept only accept Mastercard and Visa (via Paypal) or Paypal for orders processed via mirrordemisters.com.au. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. Prices and range on this web site may vary from Amuheat Pty Limited agents and distributors.

Amuheat Pty Limited will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

Any liability of Amuheat Pty Limited in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Amuheat Pty Limited be limited to in relation to goods the repair (where possible), replacement or refund of the price paid for the part at the time of purchase. Note: Damage to the goods by another party, voids the Amuheat products guarantee.
